Distar USA Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our diamond blades and cutting tools. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • Free from damage caused by improper use, incorrect application, or incompatible equipment
  • In original packaging where possible

Please note: Blades that show signs of use are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We understand that professionals sometimes discover a blade isn't the right fit after initial use — contact us and we'll work with you.

How to Initiate a Return Email sales@distarusa.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The product name and size
  3. The reason for your return

We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refunds Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item. We also offer store credit or exchanges if preferred.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly shipped.

Exclusions

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse, incorrect RPM, or incompatible grinder specs
  • Orders outside the 30-day return window (contact us — we may still be able to help)
