Achieving a perfect radius on porcelain gres products requires precision, time, and skill. Even a small chip can ruin the look of the finished piece. The DISTAR RadiusMILL R3, R6, R12 set allows you to quickly achieve smooth, chip-free radii when manufacturing flush buttons, inspection hatches, and other porcelain gres items.

After cutting a radius with a diamond wire, minor imperfections may remain on the edge. RadiusMILL cutters enable final grinding in a matter of seconds, shaping a smooth, clean radius without chipping.

The mills feature a balanced working element coated with a fine diamond grit layer. The 15 mm working length allows you to process porcelain gres of various thicknesses. Minimal water cooling is required for operation.
