Polishing Pad Changes in One Click

When grinding and polishing porcelain stoneware, switching grits is part of the job. With a conventional backing pad, each change means removing one polishing pad and attaching another, wearing down the hook-and-loop fastening over time.

The high-precision, lightweight Mechanic Click-Lock PRO backing pad makes grit changes quick and secure. Polishing pads attach to dedicated steel holders and remain in place until worn out. When you need the next grit, swap the holder in one click using the magnetic locking system.

A rubber layer helps make polishing smooth, controlled, and comfortable. The 48 mm backing pad supports 50 mm polishing pads, leaving a slight overhang so you can work in hard-to-reach areas. Click-Lock PRO means more enjoyment and less time wasted changing pads.

Compatibility and Speed

Designed for engravers with adjustable speed control. Compatible with most PROXXON WP, LWB, and LHW engravers, as well as other engravers with a similar design. Not compatible with DREMEL.

Maximum rotational speed: 6,500 rpm. The supplied guidance refers to the middle position of the engraver's speed-control wheel; always keep the actual operating speed at or below 6,500 rpm.
